Caddick and Moss were asked to produce tooling for a range of Pet-Podz made for Cloverleaf through Carousel Mouldings. Models were produced from modelboard for the base and canopy parts with fibreglass shells taken off these. Castings were then machined and finished
with various inserts. The canopy has a textured finish and the base a smooth finish. The main parts were cast aluminium tools and the front inserts were CNC machined billet aluminium tools with inserts.
